We provide a free “Random Sample Bid” program for current and recent bids in your market sector(s). The samples bids are designed for potential clients to gain a general idea of what they might receive during an annual subscription.

We can provide references upon request. Another way is to Google “RFPSchoolWatch.” You will see references and testimonials with customer associated information.

RFPSchoolWatch customers can use as many “key words” as necessary to capture the types of bids they are interested in receiving. However, we recommend you speak with a member of our team who can assist you with perfecting your keywords and categories.

We recommend developing a plan of action for who will screen the bid notifications. It may be helpful to develop a short criteria checklist in order to properly screen bids from administrative to management level. Preparing and internal communication can make a significant difference successfully responding to bid opportunities.

It can be helpful to use one central location for templates and important documentation you will need to draft a response to an RFP. Some of the templates include, but are not limited to, cover letters, organization carts and resumes of key players, statements of qualifications, company logos, previously submitted responses or proposals, and descriptions of past projects that help to convey your organizations ability to deliver the products or services requested.

Usually up to 5 individuals to each customer account can receive bids. We require that each individual email has a matching domain.

Award information will be provided on bids to which you have submitted a response. In most cases, this information will be sent directly to you by a member of the procurement team from the school or agency where you submitted a response.

That depends on the market sector that you are in. Upon request, we will provide a historical estimate of the numbers of bids you can expect based on the last two years of bid production experience in that market sector area.
